Isn’t this a Time!
Current events leave us feeling out of control. Encouraging words for the times in which we live. And the important role Faith plays in our lives, the better to help see us through these difficult days.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer wrote… “I believe that God will give us all the strength we need to help us in times of distress… a faith such as this will allay all our fears.” Words of hope and encouragement to see us thru these difficult days filled with so much uncertainty.

A reflection on Oswald Chamber’s message that God does not give us overcoming life -but rather gives us life as we overcome. The strain and problems provide the strength needed to see our way through to calmer and better days. God walks beside and hold us up all the way long. And so, we come to know peace once more.

The Oran Mor, or Great Song, is the Celtic primordial myth of Creation. And it can be heard within us – if we only listen. Thoreau spoke of those who walk to the beat of a different drummer. They hear this music – the Oran Mor -from within. Listen to your heart, your intuition. You will feel whole and at peace. Being in step with yourself is more important than marching to the call of this troubled world.

A moving meditation on the 23rd Psalm. How we can carry its peace and serenity with us every day of our lives. For His loving Presence is always with us – day and night – good or bad. You are never alone or on your own.

An inspirational poem based on the beautiful 23rd Psalm. Serving as a reminder that God’s love and presence is always there to comfort and sustain.
